So my stats updated OK for about a week, and then we are back to square one........none of my stats are updating (again)!!!!!!

Out of three domain names, two were sorted yesterday and one domain ignored, except the two that were meant to have been sorted haven't refreshed today and I'VE LOST ALL STATS between Dec 2nd - 5th on both these domains.

The third domain hasn't even been looked into and the FTP account that was associated with the stats on this site has been disassociated.

Code:
Error: User 'marton' is not allowed to access statistics of this domain/config.

Without sounding rude or arrogant, can you please stop letting your trainees deal with real customers and their real problems. I've currently only got one customer, and they are not happy and getting very frustrated with me - because of silly little errors that aren't resolved properly.

Plus - you should have some kind of problem history/solution database, I?ve had this problem before.....I?ve told your technicians this in the ticket I submitted, therefore it's should be brain surgery to get the problem sorted and with a solutions that actually works.

Do I count the three days that I am without stats as downtime, because as far as I?m concerned, I?ve got no proof that my sites were up...

None of our techs are trainees

Win7 has a Stats issue because of a metabase problem that is causing the stats.exe (program to generate stats) to stop working. That was one issue which we believe we corrected. If you are continuing to have problems, please open a ticket.

If the issue was a one we encountered before, it would be solved immediately. Certain issues we have to refer to PSOFT because the stats software was written by them. We do keep a general database of issues FYI and our techs do refer to techs that have worked on such issues in the past to resolve such issues

Please submit such issues via the ticket system. If your ticket hasn't been answered adequately, please email [email protected]

And for the record, Win7 has had no downtime.
