Backup Routine - Started

Win1, Win2, Win4, Win5, Win6, WinCF and the Mail/CP Server will be pulled down for approximately 3 minutes each for our weekly backup routine. This procedure involves keeping a complete duplicate of the system's hard disk safely off-site

This simple routine which equates to 3*4 =12 minutes of downtime per month can save several hours of downtime in case of the rare situation of a system or hardware crash
 
Win5 had a RAID controller issue and we had to abort the procedure for it. We have a complete HD backup for Win5 from last week and will be performing the next backup for it next week
 
Ok, Win6 had a different RAID1 issue and the copy was aborted.

This has not been a succesful run. We will be reviewing what happened.
