I know I must be a pain but moving from whm/cpanel to hsphere has been one *Beep* of a ride.
I noticed the end users doesn't get backup utlities. at least not a 1 spot button click to backup everything.
As it stands if I'm correct: you have to go into web manager to zip the files up and then download them. Am I correct?
Well what about database and email backup? Does anyone know of any hsphere backup utlities that will be easier to use than what's already implemented? Of course without having to contact jodohost support.
I want to offer offsite backups for my clients as an addon so trying to figure out if this will take a lot of time.
Any suggestions on automation etc would be most appreciated.
