Basically I want to create a fast streaming video. so i need pointers how do some ppl do that. I have seen some links that has a simple http://site.com/abc.wmv links & this wmv is usually more than 10 mb or 100 mb still as soon as the link is clicked the media player opens and files starts playing without wasting any time in entire download.
Is it becoz of how, those videos are created e.g. bit rate, auto play or some meta tag or SSI or browser setting or what?
How do i achieve creating fast playing (without waiting for complete download) videos?
also pls suggest a good video creating softwares.
Since majority ppl have windows media player, i wld like to create a video that is default microsoft file extention. (basically no real or quicktime files pls)
