Best way to get support?

Which way is the fastest way to get support. Is it buy posting here at the forums, send an email or use the ticket system?

Fatest way to technical problems/issues would be the ticket system or Live Chat. We get to them very quickly

For general questions I'd recommend post it on the forum.

I don?t know how long waiting time is normal for a support ticket, but I have a couple of them now, still waiting for answers...I think it?s more than 24 hrs now, haven?t heard anything.
