For weeks now i've seen intermittent outtages of sites on web1 on cluster 2; every time i try to find out what's going on I get the response from your techs that "nothing is wrong on jodohost's end, must be on my end" -- or I'm told that "there was a problem, but now it's fixed." But that's clearly not the case -- i've got 3rd party site monitors in place that report these sites down as well.
Last time was Thursday of last week, and now I've had all the sites on that server down for over 15 minutes. That's not just a blip -- that's a real outtage. For a couple of my clients, this is no longer acceptable, and since nothing seems to be done about web1's shoddy performance I'd like to move their sites to other servers in the cluster (or at least spread them around a bit so I don't have a dozen grumpy clients calling me all at once every time web1 does the yoyo thing).
How would I best do that with minimum interruption to the sites?
