How much are each billable account after we pass out limit? Also do we keep these accounts? Meaning if I sign 10 people up past my free billable accounts and 2 cancel I can sign 2 more up with out being charged again?

Yes, that is correct. Only if your total number of active accounts exceed 15, you are charged.
Both billable and non-billable accounts count towards your account usage.

You’ll be charged $0.50/month for each additional account while it is active.
Oh okay.. I was thinking like some Hsphere providers do is charge a one time fee per extra account.

Most HSphere Service Providers who do that have a hard limit set for accounts. after you reach a certain number of accounts, You have to upgrade to the next package.
