Hi, I have a customer who is on 1 month billing cycle, recently added more cycles to the plan & the customer was moved t a 3 month billing cycle some how. Tried to change his plan back to 1 month cycle from his control panel but the cp is not updateing with the new 1 month cycle displayed. Others on the same plan were also somehow moved to a 3 month cycle but i have moved them back to 1 month without any trouble.
Is there something i am missing in the process?
