Exalted Code Master!
A client signed up a few years back in mid-September. They pay annually at that time. Last year, I moved their site from a Windows to Linux server in January. That gave them a new HSphere billing date of January 14. Then, this year, they upgraded to a new plan around January 5.
Dates are all messed up and I'd like to get them back on track. The warning message from the "Change billing date" option is prompting me to check before I make changes.
I should move their billing start date forward to next September, then manually bill them for the interim period. Right?
