Billing for Anonymous support services

Starting from August 01, 2005 we will start sending bills for Anonymous Support service to subscribed resellers. As per previous announcement http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=4067 each active account will be charged $0.50/Month.

Accounts that are exempted are.

1. One Admin Account.
2. Demo Accounts.
3. One Service Account.

First week of every month is identified as a period to accomplish this process irrespective of the billing period of resellers.

We have sent bills for the month of August for Anonymous Support Subscriptions. As a goodwill gesture, we have sent first bill in personal. From next month amount will be debited directly to reseller's account. No seprate mail/notification will be sent.
