Billing issue

My name is Boubah.

I registered a month ago and few days after, I requested the account to be closed and the credit card charges to be reversed.

I spoke with someone at the support who advised me to contact the billing department. I sent an email to the billing department shortly after.

A month after, my credit card is being billed again. Please could you correct this problem.

Now, I have the account details, but your email id is not functioning properly. Can you send us your alternative email id at sales @ jodohost.com.

Also, Your concern has been acknowledged. You are going to get a mail from Billing within 24 Hrs.
 
Everything has been solved to my satisfaction. The charges have been reversed.
