I just tried to send an email from outside Jodo to an account hosted with you - and it wasn't on the list of allowed recipients? Are we blacklisted somewhere? Is there a way I can see from what list by looking the error message?

We are not blacklisted by any know anti-spam group including SPEWS (most dreaded), SpamCop, SpamHaus, etc.
However, att.net is the only known ISP with a block. And if you remove their spam feature, our emails would come through. We have already emailed them a couple of times but they are pretty slow to respond to hosts unless a customer complains directly to them
