Can you redirect domain.com to www.domain.com?

Hi!

If I type http://www.domain.com our client's site is loaded.
If I type http://domain.com says "page can not be displayed"

Is there a way to set the account up so that http://domain.com is redirected to http://www.domain.com?

it would help if you posted the domain. I like to help out when i can, however, If i dont know the domain... there is little advice i or any other forum member can do. I have had this problem before and usually happens when your IPs are incorrect for some reason. Unfortunately, this is a common occurance and I do not know why it happens.
