Cancel request not completed

I requested to have my reseller's account canceled a couple weeks ago. My account is still active.

I need to have it canceled immediately.
 
Billing dept. has alredy processed your cancellation reqeust , please check your junk mail folder if you don't see our mail in your INBOX.
 
We require a confirmation to cancel the account, and will send a few requests if we do not hear back from you with a authorization to cancel.
