It is always advisable you for domains at least 30 days prior to expiration. I have notified billing and someone is looking into right now. It seems you renewed your domain at the last moment and hence the expiration (since we process renewals for domains manually).
The control panel may be down for you because of the domain expiration, no technical issue with cp
The domain is renewed now. I renewed it with four days of anticipation. If didn’t know that your manual process could take five days (I also forwarded you the email the first day I received an alert after paying the renewal), but anyways I will renew the domain with more anticipation next time
In the meantime, some of my customers cannot access either the control panel or the mail server
Problem is that it will take some hours for the domain to replicate again. In my country people still cannot access it, but I hope tomorrow the problem will be solved

Just about every registrar I know advises their customers to renew their domains 1-2 months in advance. It’s good advice…

I have registered a lot of domains with several registrars and this is the first I pay with many days of anticipation and even forward the email about the order confirmation and despite of that, the order is ignored
