Cannot access reseller CP

When I try to go to my reseller CP, I get a "This page cannot be displayed" message.

I tried doing the dns/flush thing that Yash mentioned in other threads, but it doesn't work - gives an alert box saying:

"Cannot find the file 'dns' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available."

The correct command for Windows XP is:
ipconfig /flushdns
 
Devorum - I had tried ipconfig /flushdns just in case Yash's syntax was wrong, but it had no effect. I'm using Win2K, by the way. About 2 hours after I posted here it started working again on its own. So whatever the hangup was, it resolved itself.

Yash, how can I submit a ticket when I can't get into the control panel? Sending a ticket via email is like spitting in the ocean - you know it went in, but you never notice any effect. But it was just my reseller account that I couldn't access. I also have a shared account directly through Jodohost for another business, and I could get into that CP with no problem. I could also get into the CP for accounts under my reseller business. It was only the reseller admin CP I could not access, the one where you create hosting plans, etc.

Anyway, it's working now and I have no idea what the issue was. Hopefully it will not happen again.
