Cannot add subdomains

Hello,

Yes I put in a ticket but it is not showing up in my ticket history and there was not a reply for a couple hours so I thought I would post here.

Cannot add sub domains. They show up in the file system when viewing thru ftp but not in the cp and they are unreachable via http.

BTW: Did you know that you have directory browsing enabled on your help desk site root and no default document. You probably should fix that.

I just looked through email copies of all tickets today and don't see anything with subdomain or sub-domain in ticket titles. Did you get an email confirmation on this, can you get me the number?
 
You had coldfusion on the plan, but it was not on the coldfusion server group, we moved it and it is working properly now. (we moved the plan that is)
