i’m getting errors when trying to moderate (authorize) a new account

any ideas?
I’ve had that before, too. I think the “tech support was notified” part is just a cruel joke. I opened a support ticket when it happened to me and they worked me through it.
I only opened an account yesterday - so far i can’t create any accounts, only ones that are aliases. I then can’t add a domain as it says I have no dedicated ip addresses - despite I’m supposed to have 5!!! and one of the name server alias keeps failing… might ask for money back, this is extremely poor
