Cannot create accounts

Is there any problem with reseller cp ?
I cant create new accounts. always get an error

E R R O R ! ! !
Failed to create Account

sent some Tickets but no resolutions yet till now.

Could somebody help?
 
I haven't seen one such as that, normally I see "internal error tech support notified"

I'd double check your plans and usernames, it sounds like something is duplicated or in conflict.
