I'm hoping I could possibly ask for one of my tickets to be escalated ( Ticket ID: TAZ-86107-828 ), as I cannot create a service account because of an error that crops up at the end of every signup attempt;
Registration failed
Failed to create Account
Internal Error, Your request has been submitted and will be processed by the administrator so your account can be created.You will be informed by an additional e-mail sent to the address you've entered during signup
After receiving the above, I checked under my Admin login, and the account is found to be in the 'moderate' section. When I go in to see the settings etc for the signup, the following is shown at the top;
Error: Username exists Command: ssh -x -a [email protected] /hsphere/shared/scripts/mbox-add '[email protected]' '********' 0
No matter what signup name I use, it always says that the username already exists.
Could someone please escalate this?
