i'm getting errors when trying to moderate (authorize) a new account

Failed to add Account talkn
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified

any ideas?
 
This was due to connection problem. This was fixed. If still facing problem open a ticket.
 
We have implemented some new security policy which required some changes. Now your ticket has been answered and one of the accounts activated.
