Can't create new account for client...

I have tried to go to moderate and create a new account and it tells me "Failed to add Account ******
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified"

Does this mean Jodohost was notified of the error? Please help me fix this ASAP, I don't want to keep this client waiting.

Kindly open up a ticket with complete plan & user details.
Also see that you have not selected the Coldfusion option
on windows server group (you need to select Coldfusion
server group), while creating the plan.
 
I removed the Cold Fusion Module from the plan and then tried to create the account and it worked. Thanks for the quick response and help!
