Can't email trouble ticket

Hi

Trying to send a TT to [email protected] and it bounces from both my qwestoffice.net account and one of my domains here at jodo.

It says:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at srv.hspherehelp.info.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

... and then a bunch of stuff that includes info I don't want to paste into the forum. But a couple things look like:

unknown (srv.hspherehelp.info: Multiple SPF records returned) identity=mailfrom; client-ip=[my ip was here]; envelope-from=<[email protected]>;

Any ideas?

this is due to the web2 server down. Best to go to live chat at moment.
