can't get email setup in outlook

I can't get my outlook mail to send / receive w/ my new account.

It says that it can find the specified incoming server but there was no response.

It says that it can't connect to the outgoing server.

I've set the incoming and outgoing server per the screen w/ the mail information - mail4.mydomain.com . The user is [email protected] and the password is correct.

I can ping mail4.mydomain.com too


Task 'mail.mydomain.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Try setting both the outgoing and incoming to mail.yourdomain.com and use the advanced option to set the outgoing port to 587.
