I've tried submitting a ticket via resellerdesk.jodohost.com multiple times and it doesn't show up in the list. It hangs on the page after the form for about 60-90 seconds, then goes to the ticket list page. Haven't changed my email address, login id, etc. or anything like that. Got on live chat, had me send an email to [email protected]; sent 3 of them, none got through. His solution was "wait a while and try again" (?!). Thus, I have little confidence that my issue is being worked on in the meantime, so I'll post it here as well...maybe someone from jodo can help:

I am using smtp authentication in the cfmail script. You can see the cfmail test at au**n.wes**h.com/admin/mailtext.cfm
I really need this fixed ASAP.
