catchall forward

I havew a client who wants ALL emails sent to their domain to be forwarded to another domain. I want to do this however in the documentation I find:

Important: Since H-Sphere 3.0 RC 2, mail forward can't be set with Catch All or as postmaster.

So how can I set up a CATCHALL account and then forward everything ending up there to an external email address?

Any help appreciated!
 
NO NO NO!!!!
A catchall forward is just ASKING for spam complaints and will get our servers listed.

This can not be done.
