I am updating a ticket using Cerberus and qmail tells that the recipient could not be found and the ticket is not updated

Please fix

there seems to be something going on with the helpdesk. It looked like it went down 1 time 10 mins ago. and images are not showing up for me.
sure jodo will fix it soon.

They did restart apache on web2 about 10 mins ago so that mite have something to do with it?
 
i am still getting a simular email

apart from its the hsphere.info email address.

i had mentioned this within the ticket

i have just checked by sending another email and it didn't work.
