i did not get any email confirmation last night either.... also i'm showing when i log into the helpdesk that the emails it's trying to send out are getting rejected.
As of now, I am not getting any confirmation emails and my tickets are not showing in the ticket history. I opened a new one a little more than an hour ago.
Also, is there a MAIL1 server or not? I do not see one in my DNS listings, but it does show in the JodoPulse site.
And the JodoPulse site only shows 3 mail servers, when I thought there were 5. Any insights to share??
Huh I just tried to create a ticket 3 different times waiting like 5 mins in between and nothing. Live Chat says its because of mail1. Guess Ill just be patient since my problem isn't urgent.
