Cerberus Helpdesk Not Working?

Recently when I add or reply to tickets when logged into Cerberus, my tickets seem to get "lost". Before the migration, when I added a ticket, I got the automated e-mail notification within minutes and the response within 1 hour.

Now it either never gets posted or takes a long time. I submitted a new ticket about 15 minutes ago and it just showed up in my Ticket History and Inbox while I was typing this question. Why is it taking so long?
 
Can you please PM me your affected reseller username, and if you are using this reseller username to login?
