Seems like Cerberus is not taking my tickets... well... it says it does, but I don't get email notification and it doesn't show up in the open tickets.
May be tied to the mail4 issue if Cerberus uses that one... well...
I finally got one ticket... usually I get them instantly, but the last several have taken 5 minutes or more.
