Cerberus stops picking up support emails again!!!

It happens again. My customer sent in a couple of emails but never shown up in cerberus. It's a bit frustrating situation. Please sort this out!
 
A few tickets submitted earlier may take some time to appear, this is why i asked for new tickets. New tickets will appear immediatley and can be worked on early.
 
Ok, some hours after you fixed this: 1) I still do not see my ticket (ie got lost), 2) I opened a new ticket which (at last) appeared in Cerberus, and 3) it has been unanswered for 3 hours (ITY-50900-403) Please check!
 
ITY-50900-403 was already answered by Ranjan, according to cerberus in 12 min.
Please log into your helpdesk interface and you should see the reply.

There was an issue where replies were not being emailed out, that has now been fixed
