CF3 is REALLY slow. Also, the CFIDE directory is corrupted AGAIN! ( Ashkay just fixed this a few days ago!)

Can someone check to see what the issue is? The server is barely responsive.
 
I request to you open a support ticket with mention domain name
will check it.
