I have created a windows service account plan and a windows plan which clients will use. I have put them in the same group however the service account is not viewable to everyone.
My idea was to have an account that I can setup for someone that doesnt have the knowledge to setup their own. Once I setup the account for them and get their files uploaded and mail configured I send them instruction on changing the plan to just the "Windows" plan which is a pay plan and they go through the billing.
I am wondering if anyone has a better way to do this rather than creating instructions on changing their plan. Can I force them to change plan types through the admin?
