Changing the MX record

I need to add an MX record that's a higher priority than the built-in record. This is an external mail filter that checks for spam etc then sends the filtered mail to the usual mail.jodoshared.com. (I don't want to use the jodohost spam filter).
I need to set the new name to 10 in the MX record list, and change mail.jodoshared.com to 20. The jodoshared MX record will be deleted when the new one is propagated.
I can see where to 'Add DNS MX Record' under the DNS configuration, but not how to change the built-in record.

How do I add a new one and relegate the old one to 20?
 
and just in case anyone else wants to do this, i sent support a ticket and it was done by the end of the day. works fine...

slow/no response on the forum, tho, eh?
 
I beleive the Forums are ment for less time important/ general issues as well as informative posts..
