Changing to dedicated IP

Hi!

We have an customer that needs SSL so we tried to change his domain from shared to dedicated. The particular plan does not include a dedicated IP address but allows it to be added.
It says make resource available first.

How is this accomplished?

You should specify 0 for number of IP addresses followed by the rates for additional IPs

The customer would then have no problem switching to a dedicated IP
