I got off chat help about 1 hour ago and they told me to try back in 30-1 hour for sunil. Now they are offline? I need an issue resolved. This is the same issue that we have been working on for the past 8 days. I need to get this fixed and fixed for good.
 
Livechat was unavailable for a few minutes.
I have replied your ticket and will be monitoring the issue for next 48 hours.

Also, FYI, Sunil is available now.
