Cl-1, Mail-4 May need a Change in Control Panel

We have migrated the Cl-1 Mail-4 server and we recommend to all clients facing issues to do a change in there hosting control panel, if they are using Mail-4 Server :

Step 1: Please login into your hosting control panel.

Step 2: Go to "Domain Settings' menu > "Domain Info" and then click on your Domain Name (if hosted more then one) and you'll See the DNS Configuration option on the page, Click on Edit icon for it.

Step 3: You can see the the Default MX record for your domain as following :-

Somedomain.tld MX 10 gw-mail4.somedomain.tld

If that so, then please do remove the above record by click on Delete icon against it.

Step 4: After removing the above record, You have to click on "Restore Default MX record" and then click on 'Yes, I agree with the above' option for Restoring default DNS records Warning showing in control panel.

Step 5: By doing the above step you can see the new default MX record as following :-

Somedomain.tld MX 10 mail4.somedomain.tld

This can fix the most of mail4 issues which you are facing.
