CL1-WIN15 some slowness

It looks like there is some issue with log file drive on win15 server making for some slowness on some domains, while others working fine.

We are checking this and may have to reboot the server.
 
oh tried to do all possible without taking server down but only results in IO errors. Which are also making the slowness, and windows won't remove the file locks to shift things around even for a temporary solution so in about 20 minutes the server will be shutdown for emergency maintenance and it should not last too long but will take some 5-10 minutes times.
 
It has been up for about 15 minutes but now need to reboot to apply changes made for logs to work again.
