CL1-Win6 some reboots and issue in PHP sites

We were upgrading hsphere on win6 to solve some issues in communication with the control panel, there was a permission error that made a rollback and that also uninstalled other Hsphere app folders. So PHP sites may not be working now, we are working to resolve this asap.

ok at this point, Hsphere services are not up on the server so control won't work from Hsphere, but sites ARE up and php working, which is the most important part.
