On October 26 at 00:30:00 (12:30AM) CDT 2013, we will be finalizing the Windows 2003 to 2008 R2 move for Win9 server on Cluster1. With the end of life nearing on Windows 2003 there are an increasing amount of attacks and problems coming on 2003 based servers, we are taking this time to move 2003 based servers to 2008 for existing clients. The process has been time consuming for this first move as many Parallels tools were not working 100%, but now we have made scripts to address most of those issues. The remaining issues are more along the lines of Class ASP based sites having parent paths or other features needing to be enabled, and have been done already now as part of the migration process.

Also we shall be moving all the 2003 servers one by one to 2008 for which we shall post for them independently.

We're going to making new win9 server up due to which we'll have to stop the network on old server. So win9 will be unavailable for next few minutes.

I forgot to update here, win9 has been up from past 25-30 minutes from the new 2008 server and everything seems to working fine on it.
