CL2-MSSQL2 services restart urgent - resolved

We need to restart MSSQL services on an urgent basis now, as there were a number of attacks on it that made some errors and high usage. We have blocked them now but still need to restart services.

We had to reboot server and it is not coming up.We are working on it at top priority to fix it.

We are checking into it at the datacenter now, this server had given no issues till this big attack on it and then gave some errors on restarting SQL.

We rebooted it to resolve it most quickly, but that turned out to not be the case.

The tech is stuck in traffic right now (had gone out to lunch) and will be about 20 minutes.

The server is coming up, somehow the boot order got changed to boot off of the non bootable disk array and the kvm was not working properly, we got them both reset to proper settings and the server is coming up.

Sorry about the extended nature of this, we are searching out how the boot order could have gotten changed when the server was not rebooted, that is a mystery. The KVM does have issues sometimes, mostly if it gets locked on a bad video signal or syncs incorrectly, it is something that we have to deal with a couple times a year it all just feel with bad timing this time around.
SQL DBs are up.
