Client billing error

Client billing error - HELP HELP HELP

Hi!

When we setup one of our plans we setup 25MB for the email quota and 5 free email accounts.

The client originally had 3 email accounts setup. They then added two more.

I thought that the email quota was divided among the free email accounts. Is this not true?

A invoice was automatically generated for the two additional email accounts saying they are 25MB each.

Why did the generated invoice charge for these two email accounts since they were allowed five free in the first place.

Any ideas?
