Client May Have Blacklisted Themselves?

I'm a reseller, and I think a client may have gotten themselves blacklisted....

They tried to setup a rule in Outlook - but somehow they ended up CC'ing thousands of email addresses at a time, for every incoming email

?(

Now when they try to send, they are getting this email message:
From: Mail Delivery Subsystem <MAILER-DAEMON@webmail01. myhs*** .biz>
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<Karen@ *** .com>
(reason: 553 sorry, your envelope sender is in my badmailfrom list (#5.7.1))

----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to gw-mail6.***.net.:
>>> DATA
<<< 553 sorry, your envelope sender is in my badmailfrom list (#5.7.1)
550 5.1.1 <Karen@ *** .com>... User unknown
<<< 503 RCPT first (#5.5.1)

It looks like it's from the JodoHost server, is this something I need to open a ticket for?

Thanks for any help and input!
-Michael

Thanks!

I still don't even know what they did! I guess at one point they had thousand of emails in their out-box.

Technology can be a dangerous thing in the wrong hands!
