Client not receving emails via mail4

I put in ticket BDV-42953-862... we have a client using mail4 that has not received any tickets.

He can send mail and that mail gets delivered... but nothing that is being sent to him is come through at all. I have tested this from a number of sources. Maybe the dspam is held or something.

He is pretty irate so I need some quick resolution since he is missing emails from clients placing orders.
