Slow server response
The response from the server is very slow. I’m trying to save my code and after several minutes of just sitting there it tells me “No server response” or “PASV failed”. This makes it impossible to edit any pages. This is not always a problem, but I can’t afford to have occassions where I can’t work. Please let me know why this happens.

What server would this be, there are many servers and I am not sure which one you speak of.
I just reviewed the tickets and see no such issue there. You may want to submit a ticket or open livechat to get this resolved. The forums are next manned 24 hours a day, all the time, while tickets are, and chat most of the time except shift changes.

The host I’m connecting to is: wincf.cfwebexperts.com I tried to connect to live chat several times, but was always forwarded to the email.
Having it checked now.
Also, remember you can submit a ticket from your control panel.
the FTP services have been restarted. If you continue to get slow speeds please send a ticket or use live chat.
