Cluster One when are you upgrading

Hello,

Any timeframe on when you plan to upgrade Cluster One to HSphere 3.x? Looks like you have had to reboot the control panel a number of times in the last month.
 
that is related to another issue that will be changed in the coming 2.5 weeks

We have had one conference call and will be having another today, it could be the best thing ever if SWSoft does it properly. I have some ideas about the future direction of resellers/hosting and SWSoft has the ability to take it there, but either going along as it has(which hasn't been that great) or increasing development and making it a real panel for the future will take some commitment from them.

I am personally looking at it as a positive, but only time will tell.
 
we reallllly need to get some updates going... I've been pretty patient, but increasingly i'm running into stumbling blocks where the php and mysql versions are outdated. Been with you guys for 3 years love the service but at a cross roads regarding the server software because as the world moves ahead the servers aren't keeping up. I know it's major changes but alot of people seem to be needing them.
 
Other thing not clear at the moment is if u have plans of migrate cluster1 to other datacenter for give the same accounts and other little things.... and how much time we gen in cluster 1 with catch all enabled.
 
There is no datacenter migration :)

that was completed long ago. The only changes will be upgrades to software, and the schedule of this is literally being finalized this week, and will be sending notice of it ASAP to give plenty warning of the scheduled maintenance hours and windows.
 
awesome! i'm certain that with good notice no one should suffer too much, especially if it means that the service will get even better! can't wait... thanks
 
Thanks Stephen, if i understand good, are cluster1 and cluster2 in the same datacenter now ?

I have special interest in that because i have resellers in both clusters, abd consolidate them simplify me some issues.
