We have sent multiple mails and updates, posted on forums here as well. DNS entries must be updated for all SQL Server IPs hardcoded.
any third party hosted DNS that is not updated must be updated or your sites may/will be down.
We have given multiple noticed and weeks to move these IP mappings, and we will aid you in whatever way possible but old servers need to be taken down.
Please refer to your email titled 'Control panel service IP migration' that also listed the new IPs in detail.
