Cluster2's Launch and Existing Resellers

It has been almost a week now since we launched our new HSphere Cluster. The new cluster has the latest software packages, and includes more disk space and user accounts. The launch of this cluster was important for us, given the growing size of the existing cluster and to remain competitive in the market.

However, the new plans on these accounts also contain new limitations. User accounts are capped, ColdFusion is no longer free and VPS services have been removed. We have no intention of implementing these restrictions for existing resellers.

We have already upgraded all existing resellers, so they can take advantage of the new disk space and user account allocations. However, we are still planning our eventual upgrade to Hsphere 3.0 for Cluster 1. Once this upgrade is complete, resellers would be able to take advantage of all the features new resellers are benefiting from, without the restrictions.

We thank our resellers for their patience and cooperation, and I'd like to assure them this upgrade is our top priority
