If you're new to CF and want to use the QuickDocs but don't have the site handy you can grab docs from this site:

http://www.techfeed.net/cfQuickDocs/

They have put an AJAX front end on the LiveDocs and it's a good way to grab tag definitions and options.

Thanks for the link, I'll keep it handy. It works nice, but it's not pretty in Firefox (looks fine in IE).
