Configuring ticket support

I configured the ticket support and it works when you send a ticket through the control panel.
I was wondering how you can set it up so that if you send an email directly to the email address used for tickets it gets logged in the ticket system, or is that not possible?

Disregard my question.
Got it running.

In case it helps someone, I had the configured email for tech support to forward to another mailbox. So that's why it wasn't working. It works now without the forwarding.
